Qurated Lifestyle Ph

This concept has been in the drawing board since 2022 --a lifestyle platform based on energy, consciousness and healing. 

Qurated Lifestyle Ph is a two-pronged enterprise: Q Sessions and Papermiq. Both carrying the intention of expanding humanity's consciousness through energy healing but one is based on healing services and the other, art merchandise. It is also run by Miqo and Avy. Though this is Miqo's brainchild, Avy stepped in as an industrial partner and organizer.

Miqo Dionisio

Miqo is at the intersection of artistry, intuition, and energy healing. As a primarily channeling artist, he infuses his craft with intuitive insights, offering energy clearing and sound bath meditations. Miqo employs a unique array of instruments, including the Theremin®, Plantwave®, crystal singing bowls, Celtic harp, tuning forks, and energy bar chimes, each producing high-frequency vibrations. Integrating Light Language and Reiki healing in his intuitive sessions, he transmits messages for consciousness ascension and transforms energies into light. As an Access Bars© Practitioner, Miqo directs his energy toward consciousness expansion and awareness, complemented by his role as a Life Coach in the transformative coaching program LEAP (Leadership Excellence Achievement Program) by Innov8.ph. Beyond his healing pursuits, Miqo is a former Chief Operations Officer, a skilled writer, and a passionate painter, bringing a diverse and holistic approach to his multifaceted journey. Now the director of Qurated Lifestyle Enterprises which consists of Q Sessions, Papermiq, Gayak PH and Brand Prophet, he's main focus reflected on these brands is geared towards curating healing spaces.

Avy Lagarto

Avy is an energy healer and Reiki practitioner dedicated to harmonizing both the body’s etheric and physical fields. Her diverse range of healing modalities includes Healing Hilot, Spiritual Dowsing, Sound Healing, and Oracle Card Reading, all infused with the power of crystals, essential oils, Reiki, and plant energy to promote deep relaxation and profound healing. Since her early years, Avy has been attuned to the energy of plants, which has made her become a Plant Whisperer. She has fostered a deep connection with plants, finding joy in planting and caring for various kinds. Her relationship with plants has not only brought her personal healing but has also facilitated healing for others through the positive energy emitted by these green companions of nature. In addition to her holistic practices, Avy is also into arts, singing, and baking. She is the owner of an online store offering delectable cakes and pastries. For over a decade, she has also been in the multimedia and publishing industry, working with prestigious homegrown and international brands for fashion and lifestyle magazines.
