• It runs for four weeks with an option for follow-up sessions.

• Unlike healing or energy work, coaching works with conscious patterns, choices, habits, and goals rather than energetic or subconscious clearing

Program Inclusions

• Client Intake Form (Google Form) sent upon payment to clarify goals, challenges, and focus areas
• 60-minute initial coaching session to assess current situation and set direction
• Progress Tracker introduced during the first session for clarity and accountability
• 4 Weekly 30-minute check-in sessions to review progress, address obstacles, and recalibrate
• Daily support via chat for guidance, reflection, and decision-making support
• Sessions available via call, video call, or face-to-face
